1. When will my order arrive? 

For Domestic orders via Auspost,

Standard 3-4 business days
Express 1-2 business days 

For standard International deliveries via Auspost, 

NZ:

Standard 5-8 business days

USA & Canada:

Standard 6-10 business days

UK:

Standard 6-8 business days

Europe (*dependant on country):

Standard 8-12 or 10-18 business days

Asia (*dependant on country):

Standard 5-7 business days or 10-18 business days

Please note that standard delivery time excludes our processing time. If you need more information regarding shipping, please feel free to refer to our Shipping Policy page. 


2. Can I track my order? 

Yes! Once your order has been processed and posted, you will receive an email which includes a tracking number.

If you are unable to find this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are still unable to find a tracking number, please contact us. 


3. Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship to a select few countries. You can find the list on the checkout page. We use Australia Post as our courier and price our shipping rates based on the weight of the order. 


4. Can I return/exchange my order? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our products due to our small scale. If, for one reason or another, you are unhappy with your order we would love to chat! You can get in touch with us via the form below.
